The prescription range depends on which Gen 3 frame you pick. Gen 3 Wayfarer and Zena follow the standard Ray-Ban Meta range of -12.00 to +6.00, but the new Gen 3 Aviator only supports -6.00 to +4.00. That’s likely down to the Aviator’s larger lenses, which get thick and heavy quickly with a strong prescription. If your prescription is stronger than -6.00, choose the Wayfarer or Zena instead.
One thing to know if you wear glasses all day: Gen 3 frames use a fixed high bridge fit without adjustable nose pads. Meta Adventurer, Fury and Kylie Starfire Prescription Lenses
Meta Glasses support prescriptions from -12.00 to +2.25, which covers almost all nearsighted people but fewer farsighted ones. You can order them with prescription lenses on Meta.com, or add lenses later at any optician. They start at $299 ($249 for the basic Adventurer), and the Kylie Jenner Starfire edition is $399.
Oakley Meta Prescription: HSTN Yes, Vanguard No
Oakley Meta HSTN supports -12.00 to +6.00 with Prizm, polarized, Transitions, and clear prescription lenses, starting at $399 before lenses. Oakley Meta Vanguard doesn’t take prescription lenses at all, so if you need vision correction for running or cycling, HSTN is your Oakley option.

Transitions is a practical choice for prescription wearers because one pair works indoors and out.
