2. Start a Multiplayer Game Quickly
A feature called Invite Link allows friends to join VR with you, and it is accessible from the Quest Universal Menu.
Using this feature, you can quickly generate an invitation link that brings anyone to your exact location in VR.
The link is generated and sharable by using the Oculus mobile app. You can also use the invite link for texting or posting to your friends and communities.
3. Enable Oculus Quest App Multitasking
On Oculus Home, you can now multitask by using the multiple system-level 2D apps together.
Just drag the apps from the Universal Menu and drop them on any three positions. There is a control bar under each window to minimize, reposition, or close the apps.

To use this feature, go to Universal Menu and choose the Messenger icon. Now, select your Profile and enter your Facebook password.
Your friends do not need an Oculus Quest to chat with you.
11. Enable Voice Commands on the Oculus Quest
You can easily control the Oculus Quest 2 device settings using voice commands.
If you are using Facebook to sign into Oculus, just say, “Hey Facebook,” followed by a command. For example, “Hey Facebook, view my profile.”
Also, you can select different voices to respond back to you.
To use this feature, go to Settings and from there select Experiments and enable voice commands.
12. Trim Your VR Videos in the Oculus Quest
With this Oculus Quest tip, you can easily trim videos you capture on the VR headset. When you open up a video on the Quest, you can click on the toggle to enter ‘Edit’ mode.
If the video is larger than 30 seconds in length, you can trim it up.
To use this feature, from the camera roll, choose the captured video. Now, from the top right side of the window, tap the pencil icon and drag the clip to your preferred length.

15. Disable Positional Tracking on the Oculus Quest
By default, the Quest usually runs on 6 Degrees of freedom, which completely tracks the headset and the controllers. The Quest tracks your head movements and positions in space while you play.
If you want to disable positional tracking, go to Settings > Device, navigate down and switch off the Tracking switch.
This will decrease your tracking accuracy but save on battery life. Stationary VR games won’t be affected at all.
16. Adjust Guardian Boundary Sensitivity
If you are using a high guardian sensitivity, it will alter the distance to appear sooner than you can do with the default setting.
Also, you can turn it down to make it appear at the very last second.
You can alter the sensitivity by going to Settings > Guardian and adjusting the sensitivity per your preference.
